Chosen Solution
I replaced the Screen a while ago, and ever since then it won’t vibrate. The toggle switch works fine, as the overlay shows up when I use the switch. I’ve tried replacing the motor twice, to no avail. I’m not even sure where the contact pads for the motor lead to, so I can’t check the condition of the flex it’s attached to. Any help is appreciated
The contacts are connected to the volume ribbon cable assembly. You can look at the part here: iPhone 5c Volume Controls Replacement I honestly have no idea why the guide is incomplete.
