Could be a number of reasons for this error but if it has seen liquid I would suspect the NAND. Things you could try. · Make sure iTunes is updated · Try with 3uTools · Use a different PC or MAC · Tyr different cable · Put your phone in DFU mode and try restore. · Replace the battery. · Replace charging port.
