I replaced a screen on an iphone 5s and when i was done i turned it on to see if it was working and there was a darker square in the middle of the screen. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting all the ribbon cables but its still there. Any idea what the problem is?
It’s the gate to another dimension! No seriously, try another known good screen, or put back the old one and test. You probably installed a defective screen. It happens a lot.
