Realistically no, but theoretically yes as Tom Chai said. You will need to replace the home button and lose the touch id functionality.
It is possible to fix by splicing the cable back together, but that’s expert level. I doubt if you can find anyone near your location to do that. If you replace the button, you kill Touch ID forever.
