Hello Sham. It’s hard to say based on the information you have given us but it sounds like you have a logic board problem. Are you getting any error messages from iTunes when it fails? NAND corruption can cause this kind of problem or you may just have some kind of charging issue (phone dies). Get back to us with more information.
