Hello. I own an Iphone 6S and sometimes, when i plug the Lighting port, it restarts. If i immediatly remove the charger, it turns off. This even happens when the cable isn’t plugged in the charger. Battery only 38 cycles, drains fast, but i think is a chinese one, not OEM. What could be the problem of restart and how i can solve it?

Has anything happened recently to your phone, such as a drop, repair attempt or contact with water? Otherwise, does the phone work fine? The things I would try to start are a different and preferably Apple original/MFi certified Lightning cable. If that doesn’t work, then I would try to replace the battery and then finally replace the Lightning Flex.

Firs of all let’s understand how lightning connection works… charger cable has small brains to tell to device that it is ready for charging. When device confirms just then power starts going through connector pins. So if your device keep failing to receive power or keeps restarting that means u have faulty logic board…

I think i found the problem. The battery acts very weird. Discharged to 1%, turned off because of battery, after plugging in 40% battery, died in 10 minutes.
